There was a season where everything felt too loud.
My calendar. My thoughts. My house. My heart.
I knew something needed to shift — not dramatically, not destructively — but quietly. Intentionally. Softly.
So I began to create space.
- I unsubscribed from noise.
- I cleared corners of my home and my head.
- I left group chats that no longer felt like home.
- I gave myself permission to do less — and rest more.
What started as a clearing became a calling. A return to myself.
Not overnight. Not perfectly. But patiently.
Creating space wasn’t about minimalism — it was about meaning.
It was about breathing again. Listening inward. Making room for what truly matters.
And in that space, something sacred happened:
I began to rebloom.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or overstretched right now… Know this: you don’t have to overhaul everything. You can start small. Clear one drawer. Say no one time. Breathe on purpose.
Let that be enough for today.

With softness,
Analisa
